Sales Support Coordinator – ATC & FuseBox Brands within the BEX Group

Role Overview – The Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the ATC / FuseBox sales team, managing customer enquiries, processing orders and delivering excellent customer service across our ROI, NI & UK markets.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Coordinator is a key member of the ATC Sales Desk and Technical Team. You will play an integral role in supporting and servicing our customers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales support function.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers across the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & UK. You will manage sales enquiries, process customer orders, and provide administrative and follow-through support throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities as the Sales Support Coordinator

  • Handling incoming sales calls.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Generating quotations.
  • Providing support to our external sales team.
  • Providing product support to customers.
  • Managing a high volume of emails.
  • Collating and generating sales reports as required.
  • Carrying out general administration associated with a busy, dynamic sales office.

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar sales administration environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively by telephone and email.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • A dependable and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
