Warehouse Administrator
Overview
Support the smooth flow of orders and stock through the warehouse by coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams. This role focuses on order accuracy, issue resolution, and maintaining high service levels for customers across Ireland, Europe, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage production and sales orders in SAP
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, including checks and reporting
- Process credits for shortages, damages, and returns
- Arrange collections for errors (e.g. incorrect picks, delivery issues)
- Manage courier invoices, including resolving overcharges and failed deliveries
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation (pick lists, delivery notes, PODs)
- Liaise daily with warehouse teams (Goods In & Dispatch)
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance and courier exceptions
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate delays to stakeholders
- Book in deliveries and manage inbound logistics
- Order warehouse supplies as required
- Work closely with the UK hub on daily operations
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or logistics role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- SAP Business One experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organisational abilities
Additional Information
- Full-time, permanent position
- Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:30–16:00
- Office-based initially, with a hybrid option (2 days WFH) after 1 year
