With nearly two decades of industry experience, John Ford leads BEX Group Academy as Technical Training Manager. His career has progressed from apprentice to wholesale branch manager and training specialist, giving him a practical understanding of the needs of today’s electricians and helping shape Academy content around real-world installation and professional development.
