Role Overview
Support the development and compliance of ESG and Environmental Management Systems, gaining hands-on experience in sustainability, carbon reporting, regulatory compliance and ISO standards.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate ESG Compliance Engineer to join our Quality team. In this role, you
will help maintain and advance our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks and
Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
Working closely with cross-functional technical and product development teams, you will gain hands-on
experience in corporate sustainability, carbon reporting, regulatory compliance, and international
management standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001). This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated graduate

Key Responsibilities
- ESG & Environmental Reporting
- Calculate GHG & Carbon Footprint: Assist in calculating annual Greenhouse Gas (GHG) / Carbon Footprint metrics across company operations.
- Data Monitoring: Collect, monitor, and analyze waste and energy data from utility providers and internal monitoring platforms.
- Compliance Submissions: Maintain ongoing tracking and assist with quarterly/annual compliance submissions (e.g., Packaging Tax, WEEE, EcoVadis, Novata).
- Customer & Technical Queries: Help prepare response data for customer ESG surveys and technical queries (e.g., Product Life Cycle Analysis, Digital Product Passports).
- Systems, Standards & Continuous Improvement
- ISO Standards Integration: Support the integration of ESG initiatives into our ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems.
- Policy Maintenance: Update and maintain environmental and sustainability policy documentation in collaboration with the Compliance team.
- Action Tracking: Track progress on ESG action items using project management tools, helping keep cross-functional teams aligned.
- Lean Initiatives: Participate in Lean continuous improvement projects across operational departments to drive sustainable practices.
- Team Collaboration & Advocacy
- Sustainability Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for sustainability within the organization, promoting ESG best practices across all departments.
- Regulatory Tracking: Stay updated on emerging environmental regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainable Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Planner) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable gathering, organizing, and interpreting technical or environmental data accurately.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
- Passion for Sustainability: A strong interest in ESG regulations, ISO management standards, and circular economy practices.
