Role Overview

An in-house Graphic Designer role responsible for creating high-quality print and digital design assets across multiple global brands, with a strong focus on layout, artwork production, marketing materials and brand consistency.

We are seeking an in-house Graphic Designer to create high-quality print and digital assets across multiple brands, including catalogues, brochures, packaging, sales collateral, campaigns and brand communications. Working closely with the marketing team, the role requires strong layout, typography and visual hierarchy skills to deliver clear, polished and commercially effective designs from concept through to final artwork.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, layouts and artwork for both print and digital channels.
  • Translate briefs and ideas into clear, engaging and commercially effective designs.
  • Design assets for a wide range of outputs, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, packaging, point-of-sale materials, sales collateral, web content, email campaigns and social media.
  • Create well-structured layouts that present product, technical and promotional information clearly and effectively.
  • Produce campaign visuals that work consistently across multiple touchpoints and formats.
  • Design for large-scale displays, exhibitions, promotional banners and trade marketing materials.
  • Support the creation of materials for new product launches across our brands.
  • Prepare accurate, high-quality print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers where required.
  • Maintain and develop brand identity across all materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to create content that speaks clearly to relevant audiences.
  • Support product photography requirements, including image selection, retouching, consistency checks and preparation of assets for design use.
  • Contribute creative ideas that strengthen our brands across global markets.
  • Where relevant, support the creation of motion graphics, simple animations or video assets for digital campaigns and social channels.
  • Explore opportunities to improve or streamline repetitive design tasks, including through templates, automation or AI-supported workflows where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an in-house marketing team, agency or busy commercial design environment.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent layout, typography, visual hierarchy and finished design work across print and digital formats.
  • Portfolio examples of brochures, catalogues, packaging, campaign assets or other layout-led design work would be particularly relevant.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Advanced InDesign skills are essential, with proven experience designing and artwork-producing multi-page documents such as catalogues, brochures, flyers and sales collateral.
  • Strong artwork and production skills, with the ability to prepare accurate, print-ready files and maintain consistency across detailed design outputs.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy and information design.
  • Strong ability to present product, technical or data-led information clearly within print and digital materials.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print, including an understanding of print production requirements.
  • Strong campaign design skills, with the ability to create consistent visuals across multiple formats and media.
  • Experience designing for digital and social platforms.
  • Confident using Adobe XD, Figma or similar web/wireframe design tools to create digital layouts, mock-ups and design assets.
  • Motion graphics, animation or video editing skills would be an advantage, but are not the primary focus of the role.
  • Interest in exploring AI tools, automation or template-based workflows to help streamline repetitive design tasks, improve efficiency and free up time for higher-value creative work would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for design, communication and marketing.
